Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• Final payments are required prior to service delivery

Cancellations

• Cancellations made by the client may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals

Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule services or issue credits at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
